James W. Rudnicki
James W. Rudnicki is an experienced civil litigator having practiced in the area of defense litigation with concentration on construction-related cases. He primarily represents land developers and construction contractors in challenges related to the Texas Water Code and alleged construction defects. Mr. Rudnicki also has a Masters degree in geological sciences and has expertise in the scientific and engineering aspects of construction-related litigation.
